Shield Volcano

The Cinder cone volcano is the simplest shaped. It is like a cone, steep sides, only one vent and it is made from loose magma. Found in the west of North America as well as found near other volcanoes. This volcano can only be 1000 feet tall but has very violent eruptions. During these eruptions lava and ash fly ever which way.
